This full-time position offers a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, with a variety of responsibilities that include fabricating security products, designing new items, and problem-solving on-site installations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mild steel welding and fabrication, with skills in MIG welding (gas and gasless). Experience with TIG welding (Aluminium and stainless steel) is a bonus but not essential. A strong commitment to Health & Safety, excellent time management, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Full Job Description

Fabricating various security products – we are looking for someone with the skills and initiative to complete design and fabrication to the All Steel Security quality and standard.
Development and design of new products – our ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative and drive, as well as input into development, continuous improvement and ‘best practice’ ways-of-working.
Site work relating to projects and installation of products, customer facing

Problem solving, both in the workshop and during installs

The Successful Cadidate Will:

Aluminium, stainless steel Tig welding skills are an advantage but not essential.
Be a safe operator of all standard workshop machinery (drill press, bandsaw, lathe, plasma cutter, etc.).
Demonstrate the ability and desire to work within a team as well as individually with minimum supervision.
Be a great team player with a positive attitude and show a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
Have excellent time management skills and be able to meet set targets.
A good command of the English language is essential.
Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards Health and Safety and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others.
