Ideally, you will enjoy working in a small team, have strong multi-tasking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an experienced Storeperson, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of inbound inventory, and organizing orders for distribution or collection.

Responsibilities of Storeperson jobs

Below are the some of the essential job duties that a storeperson has to perform:

• Operate a High Reach forklift;
• Pick and pack orders accurately in accordance with picking slips;
• Ensure paperwork is filled out correctly and in a timely manner
• Liaise with supervisors to ensure goods are correctly stored;
• Participate in stocktakes both with a scanning gun and manually;

Storeperson jobs requirements

• Hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF);
• Experience operating a High Reach in a warehouse environment
• Experience loading/unloading a variety of freight including oversized, ugly, long lengths, general and non-palletised freight;
• Be able to manually handle freight up to 20kgs;
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
