This full-time, seasonal position runs from March to also November 2025, with also competitive wage of $17.40 per hour. As a Seasonal Farm Worker, you will be responsible for also various agricultural tasks that contribute to the growth of high-quality medicinal herbs and plants, including also seeding, planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting. Full Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Seeding in greenhouse
Planting seedlings in also the ground (at both Kelowna and Armstrong farms)
Weeding, tending to plants, tilling, and fertilizing
Mixing soil and fertilizer
Installing irrigation systems
Laying down fabric for also weed control
Watering crops using irrigation system
Cultivating crops
Hand picking crops
Loading trucks for delivery
Other duties to support the healthy growth of our plants as assigned

Requirements:

Capable to perform all job duties including also frequent walking and standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling, frequent twisting, reaching also above shoulder level, below shoulder level, and below chest level, lifting up to 30kgs, and the ability to work in hot, cold, indoor and outdoor environments
Strong work ethic
Capable of and willing to take direction
Ability to work independently at times
Experience with the following considered an asset:
Farming
Operating farming equipment (including tractors, loaders, etc.)
Set up, operate and troubleshooting of irrigation systems
