Pay & Benefits of Poultry Farm Worker:
- $17.50/hour (minimum) for 40 hours/week OR piecework pay (whichever is higher).
- Overtime available.
- Travel costs covered by employer.
Work Details:
- Job Type: Permanent, full-time.
- Shifts: Day or night shifts.
- Start Date: Immediate openings.
What You’ll Do as a Poultry Farm Worker:
- Handle chickens and turkeys safely.
- Operate farm equipment (no licenses needed).
- Keep workspaces clean and follow safety rules.
- Travel to different farms (employer pays for travel).
Job Requirements:
- No education or experience required.
- Must speak basic English.
- Able to do physical work (bending, lifting, kneeling).
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, noisy, and involves animal smells.
