This role is ideal for a responsible individual who understands the importance of time management and professionalism while representing the company on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport employees, documents, and office supplies to designated locations within Dubai.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other materials to and from clients, vendors, or government offices.
- Assist administrative staff with messenger tasks and office errands when needed.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report any mechanical issues or service needs promptly.
- Maintain daily vehicle logs including mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all company-related trips.
Office Driver Jobs in Dubai Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- 2–3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Punctual, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
