Full job description
We seek a caring and responsible Licensed Caregiver for a newborn. This is a stay-in role and you will be hired directly by the employer (family of 3). You will provide attentive care, ensure a safe environment, and support the infant’s developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for the infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
- Engage in activities that support sensory and cognitive development.
- Communicate with parents about daily activities and progress.
- Follow routines for feeding, sleeping, and playtime.
- Maintain records of daily activities and milestones.
Qualifications:
- Caregiving license is required
- Experience in infant care, preferably in a professional setting.
- Certification in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive and jolly attitude, highly organized, and takes initiative.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work well with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional childcare training is a plus.
