Full job description

We seek a caring and responsible Licensed Caregiver for a newborn. This is a stay-in role and you will be hired directly by the employer (family of 3). You will provide attentive care, ensure a safe environment, and support the infant’s developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care for the infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
  • Engage in activities that support sensory and cognitive development.
  • Communicate with parents about daily activities and progress.
  • Follow routines for feeding, sleeping, and playtime.
  • Maintain records of daily activities and milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Caregiving license is required
  • Experience in infant care, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Certification in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Positive and jolly attitude, highly organized, and takes initiative.
  • Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work well with others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional childcare training is a plus.
