• Set a good example for staff.
• Assist with the planning and organizing of the planting and replanting of the orchard.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during the peak seasons, including weekends.
