In this full-time, seasonal role, you will oversee and assist in a variety of farming activities, including the cultivation of vegetables, perennials, and other crops. Your responsibilities will range from managing the harvest and maintaining production records to supervising a team of more than 20 individuals. You will also ensure the health and growth of crops, including tomatoes, zucchinis, carrots, and bell peppers, while fostering a positive work environment.
