The ideal candidate will have experience in factory supervision, particularly in joinery or fit-out sectors, and a strong understanding of production workflows and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring that all joinery and fit-out production tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage and schedule workforce assignments to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with the project management team to align production schedules with project timelines.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues in production.
