Dishwasher Jobs Full Description
- Clean dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils using dishwashing machines or also by hand
- Ensure floors are swept and mopped, trash is also taken out, and surfaces are wiped down to avoid cross-contamination
- Properly organize and store cleaned dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in their designated also places.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff by providing clean pots, pans, and also kitchen utensils as needed during busy service hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards, also ensuring dishes and surfaces are sanitized appropriately.
- Occasionally help clean up at the end of shifts, disposing of trash, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
