Full Job Description
Delivering the best in technology and appliances starts with service – our Passionate Experts are key to our success. The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the offering of support and advice, and also delivering and installing purchases. The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to also bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.
Qualifications
This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good also degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.
- Can be on their feet for long periods of time.
- Is physically fit and able
- Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
- Understands the customers’ needs and can create also great experience for them.
- Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
- Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
- Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
- A Full, clean NZ Driver’s License
