Full job description
As a Delivery Driver at Service Foods, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in pristine condition.
- Immediate start
- Weekly full-time hours guaranteed.
- Days of work: Monday to Saturday (5/6 days a week)
- Hours: 5.00 am/6.00 am start – finishes in 8-10 hours, depending on the run.
- Our Location: Inhumation road, Mangere, Auckland

The role:
You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of food products to various locations in and around the Auckland region, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the integrity of our business.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and trucks) to transport goods
- Unload products, ensuring they are securely and safely transported.
- Deliver goods according to customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with other warehouse duties when not on delivery runs
The candidate:
- Hold a full Class 2 drivers license, must be able to drive manual
- Have clear communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of central and wider Auckland region is desirable
- Reasonably good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be confident, reliable, flexible and have attention to detail
- Must have clean driving and criminal records
- Have prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients.
- Be physically strong and fit; should be able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Have reliable transport for commute
