Boyed by the new Waikato expressway, an influx of urban plan change work & greenfield land development work, in the future urban space, this consultancy is excited to be recruiting for motivated of various experience levels (2-10 years) to join their expanding team in Hamilton.
Whether you’re an intermediate engineer looking to build on your existing skills or a senior engineer ready to take the lead on major projects, this role offers exciting opportunities to work on impactful land development and civil engineering projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll involved in some of the region’s most significant land development projects, from greenfield subdivisions to brownfield redevelopments.
Work on projects from initial design right through to delivery, managing designs, budgets, and timelines.
We believe in taking a practical approach, so expect to visit sites, engage with contractors, and manage the build process in real-time.
You’ll work in small, dynamic teams but have the opportunity to collaborate with Chartered Engineers who provide mentorship and guidance, helping you grow and refine your skills.

What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on land development. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD required, and a relevant tertiary qualification .
5-10 years of experience in civil engineering with strong leadership and project management skills. Expertise in complex civil designs and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is You’ll work directly with clients, councils, contractors, and stakeholders, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
