Job responsibilities and duties:
- Shovels are used to move various building supplies and trash.
- Obtain some tape, and then complete the necessary calculations to figure out how much of each item you will require.
- Carry out accurate cuts and smooth down rough edges on a range of materials, such as stone, metal, and wood, using sandpaper.
- Perform loading and unloading tasks, both manually and mechanically, on trucks bringing building materials.
- Listen carefully to Stone Mason’s instructions on how to operate the different pieces of machinery, such as drills and loaders.
- After using tools and supplies, put them back where they belong, clear the area of any clutter, and lock the door each night to ensure that the workspace remains clean and clutter-free.
