Seasonal Farm Worker Jobs in Canada. Natural Factors is seeking reliable and hardworking Seasonal Farm Workers to join our team for the 2025 season at our certified-organic farms in Kelowna and Armstrong, BC. This full-time, seasonal role offers a competitive wage of $17.40 per hour and provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of high-quality medicinal plants used in our health products. As a Seasonal Farm Worker, you will be involved in a variety of agricultural tasks, including seeding, planting, weeding, irrigation, and hand-picking crops. You will also assist with other essential farm duties to ensure the healthy growth of our plants. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and experience with farming or agricultural equipment. Positions run from March to November 2025, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeding in greenhouse
- Planting seedlings in the ground (at both Kelowna and Armstrong farms)
- Weeding, tending to plants, tilling, and fertilizing
- Mixing soil and fertilizer
- Installing irrigation systems
- Laying down fabric for weed control
- Watering crops using irrigation system
- Cultivating crops
- Hand picking crops
- Loading trucks for delivery
- Other duties to support the healthy growth of our plants as assigned
Requirements:
- Capable to perform all job duties including frequent walking and standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling, frequent twisting, reaching above shoulder level, below shoulder level, and below chest level, lifting up to 30kgs, and the ability to work in hot, cold, indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic
- Capable of and willing to take direction
- Ability to work independently at times
- Experience with the following will be considered an asset:
- Farming
- Operating farming equipment (including tractors, loaders, etc.)
- Set up, operate and troubleshooting of irrigation systems
