Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Perform complex civil designs using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, while ensuring quality control throughout the project.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with also clients, contractors, councils, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee site inspections and manage contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
