River Island Interiors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding within the interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding as per project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute welding jobs.
- Work on metal structures, frames, and fittings as part of interior design and installation.
- Ensure all welding tasks comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Interior Fit-out company (preferred).
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC).
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to welding.
- Team player with good communication skills.
