Boom Truck Driver job in Philippines Full job description
- Operate boom trucks to lift, move, and place heavy materials and equipment.
- Inspect the condition of the truck, its equipment, and, materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Secure loads, checking weight distribution and balance to prevent shifting and damage to the truck.
- Follow established routes, signals, and traffic rules while driving the truck.
- Maintain records of materials transported, including their type and quantity.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Communicate with other workers on the job site to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Ensure that the boom truck is properly cleaned and maintained
- Perform other duties assigned when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid commercial driver’s license with boom truck certification
- Ability to operate and maneuver boom truck in tight spaces and varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere them.
